This was an easy process with the insurance and rental. 5 Star assisted with rental from Enterprise. John informed me of the details that would be taking place during the process and having to order parts. He informed me of the delay in completing by the date promised due to having to order the part. He also updated me when the part was received and work had started on vehicle. The job was completed on the date promised. Thank you John for your friendliness and making sure the job was done with no concerns. I will definitely refer to 5 Star and request John. The day they took it they called me and told me it would take about a week, I get a call 3 days later saying there done and I couldn’t be happier with what they did, detailed it and even polished the headlights.
